02The Portfolio

Five native species of the
Mexican Pacific

A portfolio built for balance — from the world's most prized sushi fish to the cultural staples of Mexican cuisine. Every species is native to these waters off Baja California Sur, raised where it has thrived for millennia.

  1. 01

    Hiramasa · Yellowtail Amberjack

    Seriola rivoliana

Buttery and intensely flavoured — the only source of its kind at scale in the Americas.

  3. 03

    Lutjanus peru

The soul of Mexican gastronomy — in steady, uniform supply at last.

03The Method

Raised at sea,
always offshore

/ 01

Deep, open water

Pens sit 7 miles from shore in currents of 3 feet per second, at a depth of 330 feet — plankton flows naturally, the ocean does the cleaning.

/ 02

Low density

Generous space per fish, letting them swim stronger in cleaner water around them.

/ 03

Endemic conditions

We raise each species from where it is native, helping to improve their current sustainability.

/ 04

Cold chain from day one

From sea to ice to export in hours — the freshness of the ocean, kept intact.

04Technology

Engineered for the open ocean

/ 01

Submersible cages

As a storm or red tide moves through, the cages lower 30–65 feet below the surface and ride it out — safeguarding an entire cycle.

/ 02

Marine copper mesh

Copper-alloy netting resists biofouling on its own and stays chemically inert — so the water stays pure, and its rigid form keeps turtles, dolphins and whale sharks clear.

/ 03

AI precision feeding

Biomass cameras read the fish in real time and stop feeding the instant a pellet passes uneaten — less waste, cleaner water.

/ 04

A living digital twin

Every current, temperature and load reading feeds a real-time model of the entire operation — powered offshore by sun and wave, linked by satellite.

Open-sea aquaculture

05Responsibility

The sea,
left better

Aquaculture is the lightest-footprint way to produce animal protein — a fraction of the land, fresh water and carbon of anything raised on shore.

By raising endemic Totoaba from certified legal stock, we help take pressure off a protected wild species — and we're building toward full ASC certification as we scale.

Our commitment is simple: grow more food from the ocean while giving more back to it.
